09- Account Limit: One account per member; multiple accounts may be removed without notice.
10- Respectful Interaction: Be courteous to other members and refrain from personal attacks or derogatory remarks.
11- Ratings: Use ratings responsibly and avoid abusing them.
12- Conflict Resolution: Resolve personal issues outside the forum to maintain constructive interactions.
13- Moderation Disputes: Address moderation concerns through proper channels, avoiding public arguments.
14- Thread Originality: Check for existing discussions before starting new threads to prevent duplication.
15- Content Presentation: Provide descriptive titles and necessary details when creating new threads.
16- Formatting Etiquette: Avoid excessive uppercase, use quotes for links, and refrain from unnecessary quoting in replies.
17- Dead Links: Do not use the REPORT button for dead or non-working links.
18- Irrelevant Posts: Refrain from spamming other threads with unrelated content.
19- Crack Requests: Crack Requests of Commercial Software are not allowed.
20- Gratitude: Express thanks for useful content to acknowledge contributors' efforts.
21- Monetary Discussions: Avoid discussions related to monetary gains within the forum.
22- Respect for Reversers: Allow reversers to choose threads based on their preference and avoid disputes regarding their decisions.
23- Originality: Do not plagiarize or steal the work of other reversers; provide proper credits when necessary.
24- Attachments: Avoid reposting attachments uploaded by others and refrain from requesting external mirrors without proper permission.
25- Uploading to Mediafire (or similar) is preferred (https://www.mediafire.com/).
26- Compressed files shall have the password (exetools.net).
27- Explain in summery your post before you write the link.
28- Post images using (https://postimages.org) or the bottom button (Add image to post).

• The minimum number of posts required for consideration varies depending on the volume of content being posted.
  
• Moderators will be assigned based on either their accumulated number of posts or their demonstrated skills and expertise.
  
• IREG has the right to promote members according to their skills/achievement.

By promptly identifying and addressing potential disruptions or rule violations, the system helps maintain order, integrity, and civility throughout the forum.

1. Spamming: Warn users who repeatedly post irrelevant or unsolicited content.
   
2. Flaming/Insulting: Issue warnings to users who engage in disrespectful or offensive behavior towards others.
   
3. Off-Topic Posting: Warn users who consistently post content irrelevant to the forum's theme or discussion.
   
4. Excessive Caps/Formatting: Issue warnings for users who excessively use capital letters or formatting that disrupts readability.
   
5. Multiple Accounts: Warn users who create multiple accounts to bypass bans or deceive the community.
   
6. Ignoring Moderator Instructions: Warn users who consistently disregard instructions or warnings from forum moderators.
   
7. Misuse of Private Messaging: Issue warnings for users who misuse the private messaging system for spamming, harassment, or other inappropriate purposes.
